To my elder and younger,
As the summer gets underway the inevitable happens, the weather get hotter and stickier and far more humid than comfortable.
This year seems to have had more thunderstorms than the past few years, and the summer has just begun. The sky has turned green several times in the past week making me fearful of tornadoes. And you are correct E, we won't be going to any drive-ins when the sky is green (a la Twister).
This Wednesday the temperature was like 33 C but felt more like 42 C with humidity. To put it mildly the air felt like soup! The Weather Network has written several articles about the severe weather warnings that have been happening.
Let just say I can't wait for a day when the air feels like air and not like a boiling pot of soup. Thunderstorm or not.
